The path

How a first order actually moves.

No mystery portal. You pick a starting spec, we sew a sample, then we cut bulk only after you approve it.

  1. 01

    Choose a program

Pick a shirt, trouser, short, leather, or outerwear starting spec from the catalog.

    Catalog →
  2. 02

    Approve a sample

We cut one piece so you can check GSM, fit, stitch, and hardware before any bulk is locked.

    How we sew →
  3. 03

    Quote and ship

Send quantity and a season. Balance is due only after you have seen packed cartons.

Step 01 · Catalog

What we cut.

Trousers, shirts, shorts, leather, puffers, hoodies, cargo, and activewear — developed as one collection language, not a pile of subcontractors.

Sewing floor

Step 02 · Floor

Eight checks. One accountable floor.

Pattern, fabric, cut, stitch, inspect, pack, and ship in Sialkot. Daily status, then photo verification before the balance.

  1. 01

    Tech pack review

We digitize your measurements, seam allowances, and hardware into CAD so structural problems are caught before a single meter is cut.

  2. 02

    Pattern & grading

Pattern makers draft the block, then grade every size while holding the original fit. Marker layouts reduce waste and unit cost.

  3. 03

    Fabric & GSM checks

Incoming textiles are tested for GSM, shrinkage, and dye-lot fastness against European performance expectations before they reach cutting.

  4. 04

    Grainline cutting

Rotary and automated cutting follow the fabric grain so trousers, knits, and structured jackets do not twist after wash.

Full workflow

Why this floor

Terms buyers can plan around.

Flexible MOQ

Start a collection without locking a warehouse of units. Complexity sets the floor, not a vanity number.

Sample first

Approve GSM, cut, and hardware in hand. Bulk does not start until you say it is the piece.

50 / 50 terms

Advance to lock materials. Balance after you have seen finished goods and packed cartons.

Export packing

Moisture-proof bags, heavy cartons, labels, and FOB or EXW paperwork ready for your forwarder.

Clients

What buyers notice

“The leather grading was consistent and the stitching on the biker jackets was retail-ready out of the carton. A serious outerwear partner.”

Marc D. · Purchasing, Berlin

“Pre-production samples matched our measurements. That saved weeks of revision. They actually read the tech files.”

Lucas V. · Creative direction, Lyon

“A test activewear run from sampling to shipment. Fabric advice was useful, communication stayed clear, and finishing met retail.”

James Ford · Product development, Manchester

“As a small streetwear label we needed a factory that would take a first drop seriously. The hoodies sold through. They treat growing brands like clients, not leftovers.”
