Knowledge

Sourcing, answered.

The operational facts buyers actually need: samples, money, freight, and what happens when a stitch is wrong.

What do you manufacture?+

Cut-and-sew apparel for international brands: shirts, polos, trousers, shorts, leather jackets, puffers, hoodies, streetwear, and activewear. We handle sourcing through export packing.

Where is the factory?+

Sialkot, Pakistan — a long-standing hub for textiles and leather. You deal with the floor, not a trading desk.

Do you make samples before bulk?+

Yes, and we recommend it. A sample lets you check GSM, cut, stitch quality, and hardware. Bulk starts only after you approve the physical piece.

What is the typical lead time?+

After sample approval and the advance deposit, standard bulk is about 30 days. That window includes in-line QC and a final random inspection before export.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Bank wire (T/T), Wise, Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly, and Ria. We avoid letters of credit to keep timelines short.

What are the payment terms?+

Standard 50/50. Fifty percent to lock materials and a production slot. The remaining fifty percent is due when production is complete and you have seen floor photos and packed cartons. 30/70 is available on agreed programs.

How do I check quality before the final payment?+

Your contact sends high-resolution photos and video from the floor — finished garments, labels, and packed export cartons — before the balance is requested.

Can you brand and pack for retail?+

Woven labels, printed neck labels, hangtags, size stickers, moisture-proof polybags, and desiccants. Packed for D2C fulfillment or store delivery.

What are your freight terms?+

Samples and mid-size runs ship DHL, FedEx, or UPS — typically 3–7 days depending on region. Bulk moves FOB Karachi or EXW Sialkot. We manufacture and get goods to port; your forwarder handles ocean.

What is the MOQ?+

Flexible, based on the garment. Leather and complex outerwear may start lower for sampling. Growing brands can test a collection without a warehouse-sized first order. Send a tech pack for a precise number.

What if something is defective?+

Custom work is not returnable as standard retail. If pieces deviate from the approved sample due to manufacturing defects, we remake the affected units. See the terms page for the claims path.
