Custom work
Orders are cut and sewn to an approved sample or signed tech pack. They are not standard retail stock, so they are not returnable because of a change of mind, a slow season, or a color you later decide against.
Policy
Terms for custom production.
These garments are made to your specification. That changes returns, deposits, and how defects are handled.
Deposits
A 50% advance reserves materials, trims, and a slot on the line. That deposit is applied to the order. It is not refundable once fabric has been committed or cutting has started, except where D.DO cancels the program.
Balance
The remaining 50% is due when production is complete and you have received photo and video verification of finished goods and packed cartons. Goods ship after the balance clears.
Defects
If units deviate from the approved sample because of manufacturing — broken seams, wrong measurements outside agreed tolerance, failed hardware, shade far from the locked dye lot — we remake the affected pieces. Cosmetic preferences that were not specified in the tech pack are not defects.
Claims
Open a claim in writing within seven days of delivery with photos, carton numbers, and quantities. We will compare against the golden sample and the AQL record. Transit damage on FOB or EXW after handover is a matter for the forwarder and insurer.
Freight
Express samples are fully tracked. Bulk on FOB Karachi or EXW Sialkot transfers risk when goods are handed to your nominated forwarder.
