Tech pack review
We digitize your measurements, seam allowances, and hardware into CAD so structural problems are caught before a single meter is cut.
Step 02 · Floor
Every garment moves through the same sequence. That is how a 50-piece test and a 5,000-piece reorder stay on the same fit, shade, and stitch count.

02
Pattern makers draft the block, then grade every size while holding the original fit. Marker layouts reduce waste and unit cost.
03
Incoming textiles are tested for GSM, shrinkage, and dye-lot fastness against European performance expectations before they reach cutting.
04
Rotary and automated cutting follow the fabric grain so trousers, knits, and structured jackets do not twist after wash.
05
Specialized lines hold SPI tolerances. Flatlock for performance knits, controlled tension for heavy fleece, reinforced seams for leather and cargo.
06
In-line checks plus a final unit review for seam tension, hardware, and finishing. Anything off the approved sample is corrected before packing.
07
Steam, fold, label, and moisture-proof polybags to your routing. Photo and video verification is sent before the final balance is due.
